"I ordered two hats, with writing on them in white so it would show up good on the blue color of the hats. When they came the monogram was terrible, I had chosen a bad font for the name I guess. This web site don't apply the font to the item so I had no idea. Happy Chef were happy to replace the hats, when the replacements came in the mail this time the font looked perfect"
