What is your return policy?

At Happy Chef, your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply fill out your product return form and ship your items back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Products that have been worn, washed, or modified cannot be returned. Items that have been customized cannot be returned.

How do I request a return?

If you have a Happy Chef account:

  • Go to My Orders and select the order you want to return
  • Click 'Request Return' and choose from the following options:
    • Option 1: Print our prepaid shipping label
    • Option 2: Return by a carrier of your choice

If you don't have a Happy Chef account or completed your order as a guest:

  • Go to the Order Status page and enter your email address and order #
  • Click 'Request Return' and choose from the following options:
    • Option 1: Print our prepaid shipping label
    • Option 2: Return by a carrier of your choice

If you completed your order as a guest and cannot locate your order #:

  • Email us or give us a call at 800.347.0288 and we'll help process your return

What shipping costs am I responsible for?

Customers are only responsible for the cost of shipping items to us for returns/exchanges. The pre-paid shipping label costs $9.99. Shipping on replacement items sent to you as part of an exchange is free.

Is there a restocking fee?

Returns submitted after 30 days of receipt may be subject to a restocking fee.
